AD2000 Group Ltd aims to be a recognised brand within the security and facilities management industries, associated with quality and cost effectiveness. Working closely with our clients, staff and other service providers we aim to supply a service which is tailor made and specific to a clients needs. With our experience and service offerings we aim to be able to supply our clients with every security and facilities requirement they may have.
It is our aim to encourage a friendly and helpful atmosphere on all our assignments, with the right staff and constant communication between all parties to ensure this is achieved. It is also important that we continue to seek methods to improve our standards and give the best and most cost effective service possible. Dialogue with clients and staff is imperative with flexibility being the key.

Health & Safety Policy Statement
The following is a statement of the organisation’s health and safety policy in accordance with Section 2 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
It is the policy of AD2000 Group Limited to ensure so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of all employees working for the company and other persons who may be affected by our undertakings.
AD2000 Group Limited acknowledges that the key to successful health and safety management requires an effective policy, organisation and arrangements, which reflect the commitment of senior management. To maintain that commitment, we will continually measure, monitor and revise where necessary, an annual plan to ensure that health and safety standards are adequately maintained.
The Managing Director will implement the company’s health and safety policy and recommend any changes to meet new circumstances. AD2000 Group Limited recognises that successful health and safety management contributes to successful business performance and will allocate adequate finances and resources to meet these needs.
The management of AD2000 Group Limited looks upon the promotion of health and safety measures as a mutual objective for themselves and employees. It is therefore, the policy of management to do all that is reasonably practicable to prevent personal injury and damage to property. Also, the organisation aims to protect everyone, including visitors and members of the public, insofar as they come into contact with our activities, from any foreseeable hazard or danger.
All employees have duties under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and are informed of their personal responsibilities to take due care of the health and safety of themselves and to ensure that they do not endanger other persons by their acts or omissions. Employees are also informed that they must co-operate with the organisation in order that it can comply with the legal requirements placed upon it and in the implementation of this policy. AD2000 Group Limited will ensure continued consultation with the workforce to enable all viewpoints and recommendations to be
discussed at regular intervals.
The organisation will ensure a systematic approach to identifying hazards, assessing the risks, determining suitable and sufficient control measures and informing employees of the correct procedures needed to maintain a safe working environment. We will provide, so far as is reasonably practicable, safe places and systems of work, safe plant and machinery, safe handling of materials and substances, the provision of adequate safety equipment and ensure that appropriate information, instruction, training and supervision is given.
We regard all health and safety legislation as the minimum standard and expect
management to achieve their targets without compromising health and safety.

1 Statement of policy
The aim of this policy is to communicate the commitment of the Managing Director and senior management team to the promotion of equality of opportunity in AD2000 Group Ltd.
It is our policy to provide employment equality to all, irrespective of:

4 Implementation
The Managing Director has specific responsibility for the effective implementation of this policy. Each director, manager and supervisor also has responsibilities and we expect all our employees to abide by the policy and help create the equality environment which is its objective.
In order to implement this policy we shall:
• Communicate the policy to employees, job applicants and relevant others (such as contract or agency workers)
• Incorporate specific and appropriate duties in respect of implementing the equal opportunities policy into job descriptions and work objectives of all staff
• Provide equality training and guidance as appropriate, including training on induction and management courses.
• Ensure that those who are involved in assessing candidates
for recruitment or promotion abide by the relevant equal opportunities legislation
• Incorporate equal opportunities notices into general communications practices (eg, staff newsletters, intranet)
• Obtain commitments from other persons or organisations such as subcontractors or agencies that they too will comply with the policy in their dealings with our organisation and our workforce
• Ensure that adequate resources are made available to fulfil
the objectives of the policy.
5 Complaints
Employees who believe that they have suffered any form of discrimination, harassment or victimisation are entitled to raise the matter through the agreed procedures as set out in the employee handbook. A copy of these procedures is available from Samantha Davies, General Manager.
All complaints of discrimination will be dealt with seriously, promptly and confidentially.
Every effort will be made to ensure that employees who make complaints will not be victimised. Any complaint of victimisation will be dealt with seriously, promptly and confidentially. Victimisation may result in disciplinary action and may warrant dismissal.

Environmental Policy Statement
AD2000 Group Ltd is a professional and environmentally conscious organisation, which acknowledges the impact that our operations may potentially have on the environment. The clear objective of AD2000 Group Ltd is to minimise any impact on the environment by:
- Preventing pollution, reducing waste, and ensuring, wherever practicable, that measures are implemented to protect and preserve natural habitats, flora, and fauna
- Considering the effects that our operations may have on the local community
- Taking action to eliminate or reduce, as far as practicable, any potentially adverse environmental impacts
- Promoting environmental awareness amongst our suppliers, contractors, and partners by implementation of operational procedures
- Seeking to work in partnership with the community by behaving in a considerate and socially responsible manner
- Ensuring effective and expedient incident control, investigation, and reporting.
Managerial and supervisory staff has responsibilities for the implementation of the policy and must ensure that environmental issues are given adequate consideration in the planning and day-to-day supervision of all work.
AD2000 Group Ltd will fully comply with the duties placed upon it within the requirements of legislation, whilst at all times complying with, as a matter of best practice, the requirements and duties set out within approved guidance as issued by the Environment Agency and other organisations.
As part of the company’s commitment to maintaining the highest levels of environmental management, it is the intention that the company will work towards environmental management systems compliant with ISO14001.
All employees and sub-contractors are expected to co-operate and assist in the implementation of this policy, whilst ensuring that their own works, so far as is reasonably practicable, are carried out without risk to themselves, others, or the environment. This includes co-operating with management on any environment related matter.
AD2000 Group Ltd will take all practical steps to ensure that potential hazards and risks to the environment are identified and that suitable and effective preventive and control measures are implemented. All employees will be provided with the necessary resources, equipment, information, instruction, and training to fulfill the requirements of this policy.
The Managing Director has overall responsibility for all environmental matters. The operation of this policy and the associated procedures will be monitored and reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that they remain current and applicable to the company’s activities.

The company define Corporate Social Responsibility as follows

The company will ensure that all matters of Corporate Social Responsibility are supported in our operations and administrative matters and are consistent with the company Stakeholders best interests. The company are committed to being recognised as an organisation considerate of Corporate Social Responsibility and recognises that in doing so, we will add significant value to our shareholders.
This policy applies to activities undertaken by or on behalf of the company.
All employees will adopt the corporate Social Responsibility considerations described in this policy into their day to day work activities. The company management team will act as role models by incorporating those considerations into decision making in all business activities. Social Media and confidentiality of information Policy
Confidentiality of information
Employees of AD2000 Group Ltd are to regard all information provided for the performance of their duties and all other information gained by them during these duties, as confidential and are not to be discussed with any person not connected with site security.
Any outside agency including the Press, making enquiries regarding the site, should be directed to AD2000 Group Ltd or the client to whom they are enquiring about.
Social Media Policy
Guidelines for functioning in an electronic world are the same as the values, ethics and confidentiality policies employees are expected to live everyday, whether you’re ‘Tweeting’, talking with customers or chatting over the neighbour’s fence. Remember, your responsibility to AD2000 Group Ltd doesn’t end when you are off duty. For that reason, this policy applies to both company sponsored social media and personal use as it relates to AD2000 Group Ltd.
What You Should Do:
- Disclose your Affiliation: If you talk about work related matters that are within your area of job responsibility you must disclose your affiliation with AD2000 Group Ltd.
- State That It’s YOUR Opinion: When commenting on the business. Unless authorised to speak on behalf of AD2000, you must state that the views expressed are your own. Employees should not speak on behalf of AD2000 Group Ltd when they are off duty.
- Protect Yourself: Be careful about what personal information you share online
- Act responsibly and ethically: When participating in online communities, do not misrepresent yourself. If you are not a managing director, don’t say you are.
- Honor Our Differences: AD2000 Group Ltd will not tolerate discrimination (including age, sex, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origins, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, citizenship, disability, or marital status or any other legally recognised protected basis)
What You Should Never Disclose:
- The Numbers: Non-public financial or operational information. This includes strategies, forecasts and most anything with a £ pound sign attached to it. If it’s not already public information, it’s not your job to make it so.
- Personal Information:Never share information about our customers or personal information about their employees.
- Legal Information: Anything to do with a legal issue, legal case, or lawyers.
- Anything that belongs to someone else: Let them post their own information; you stick to posting your own creations. This includes illegal music sharing, copyrighted publications, and all logos or other images that are trademarked by AD2000 Group Ltd.
- Confidential Information:Do not publish, post, or release information that is considered confidential or embargoed.
Basically, if you find yourself wondering if you can talk about something you learned at work — don’t.
Just in case you are forgetful or ignore the guidelines above, here’s what could happen. You could:
• Be dismissed (and it’s embarrassing to lose your job for something that’s so easily avoided)
• Get AD2000 Group Ltd in legal trouble with customers
• Cost us the ability to get and keep customers

Quality Policy Statement
AD2000 Group Ltd, (known herein as the company) is dedicated to this quality policy and will endeavor to ensure that its products and services fully meet the requirements of its customers at all times. The goal of the company is to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. Commitment to the implementation of supporting managerial and business operational systems is essential to realizing that goal. It is also recognized that the business environment will have an impact on our quality policy.
AD2000 Group Ltd is committed to the management of mutually beneficial relationships between clients and suppliers, working together in the implementation of this policy and in continually improving the quality of the products and/or services it supplies.
In the provision of our goods and services we will:
- ensure that we fully identify and strive to meet the needs and expectations of our customers and conform to the agreed compliance standards for the products and services we supply.
- assess the risk of our service/product provision processes so we can mitigate potential risks of process defects.
- ensure that our people are suitably competent to carry out their work activities to required time-scales in a manner that will not adversely affect the quality of goods/services we supply.

To ensure that this policy is successfully implemented, our people will be responsible for identifying customer requirements and ensuring that the correct process are followed to meet those requirements.
Objectives will be set to ensure that the requirements of this policy are met, and that continual improvement is maintained in line with the spirit of the policy and the changing business environment. These objectives will be monitored during management reviews.
The commitments outlined in this quality policy and the improvement objectives will be communicated and available to all relevant interested parties at all times. Awareness training will be an integral part of the strategy to achieve the objectives.
